Investing In Your Child's Future
Thank you for considering a Saint James School education for your child.
For many families, investing in an independent school education requires careful financial planning. The investment in a Saint James education pays off. With a reputation for being well-rounded and well-prepared, 100% of SJS graduates are accepted into college, with 99% accepted into one of their top three choices.
As a school, we seek to admit talented and motivated students, regardless of family resources. Diversity of thought, background, and experience benefits the entire Saint James community and exposes our students to broader perspectives and critical thinking opportunities that prepare them to be leaders for good in the world. Financial aid requests have no impact on the admission decisions made by the Admission Committee. Therefore, families who feel the full tuition cost is out of their reach should not hesitate to visit or apply to the school. We are here to help you determine the best options for your family with this very important educational investment.

Applying for Financial Aid
Making Saint James School affordable to those who wish to attend is an important goal. We are fortunate to be able to provide tuition assistance for students with demonstrated need. Financial Aid is not a loan but rather a reduction in tuition.
Financial Aid at Saint James School is based on the family's financial need, as determined by the school and in conjunction with the school’s financial aid budget. Because Saint James receives many more financial aid applications than it can afford to fund, student merit is also a considerable factor. However, Saint James does not award any financial aid purely determined by merit. Financial aid is renewed yearly (adjusted for changes to the family’s financial circumstances).
Financial aid is available to students of any race, religion, creed, or ethnic origin.
