回國換F1簽證！保持良好簽證記錄！

回來申請面簽。找個合適的面簽時間就好。

有兩種方法：
1，從美國的移民法來說，你拿B1簽證入美國境內，如果不想離開美國，可以用Form I-539這種申請表來申請轉換學生身份，但這種轉換身份并不是F1簽證，當你的I-539成功獲得批準后，你在美國就是學生身份，可以合法地在美國讀書，只要你不離境并且你的I-20有效，那么，你學生身份就有效；
2，離開美國回到祖國申請學生簽證。這種操作比在美國用I-539轉換身份容易得多。因為在美國申請轉換身份會要求你提供資產證明、以及你要對你從b1簽證轉成學生身份的合理說明等等以及其它相關說明。我成功地辦理過兩個學生在美國由B1轉換成學生身份，但我覺得在美國轉換身份比學生在國內申請F1簽證復雜很多。建議直接回國申請F1簽證。

我今年的好幾個來美國讀書的學生，持B1入境，都是先去了夏校。然后有的學生是回國，再簽F。有的直接入讀美國的學校，具體的操作過程。我把我給學生的這個粘貼過來，希望能幫到你！

Here is what you need to know/do to make this process go smoothly:

· You will be entering the US with your B-1/B-2 visa. Your F-1 visa will not be 'active' yet.

· Before your summer program ends, you will need to apply for a 'Change of Non-Immigrant Status'. This process can be done by using USCIS ELIS (an online system) and filling out Form I-539. You will need a couple of things:

· A copy of your signed I-20

· A copy of your I-94 with the 'prospective student' mark on it

· A bank statement (just like the one you provided to us when you first applied to Stuart, this is just to prove that you have enough funds to attend school here)

· $195.00, which is the I-539 standard fee.

Make sure you don't wait until the very last minute to apply for the change of status - even though you will be fine if the case is still processing, ideally you'd want to make the switch to an F-1 just in time for school to start. Not a big deal if it goes over for a few days/weeks though, as long as you don't have any intents of leaving the country.
