Perkiomen School promotes student independence and allows students access to their phones during the day. We are a 1:1 iPad school so often students are using their technology during the academic day. We do limit wifi after "lights out" to promote good sleep habits. If a student needs support in managing electronics, especially when they should be sleeping, we will work with students and families to limit technology, including collecting technology overnight and returning it in the morning.
